Fidelity Strategic Income has pretty consistently been in the top third or better of the multi-sector bond fund peer group. While the fund did struggle earlier in 2004 as emerging market debt suffered from the expectation of higher rates, the fund has been on a tear recently as emerging market debt has been the hottest sector.
