Eric J. Godes
Chief Operating Officer

Eric joined Kobren Insight Management (KIM) in 1990 and is currently the firm's Chief Operating Officer as well as a member of its Portfolio Review Committee. Previously, Eric held senior management roles with KIM, including Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer. During his time at KIM, Eric has been responsible for the transition from a single to a multi-custodial platform, automating KIM's trading and reporting capabilities and establishing the former Kobren Insight Funds mutual fund family and the former Alumni Partners hedge fund.

Before joining KIM, Eric held senior management positions at Kanon, Bloch, Carré, a mutual fund research organization. He also developed and marketed investment management software for Belvedere Financial Systems. Eric was formerly a member of Fidelity's Investment Advisor Council and former President of Massachusetts Squash. He currently serves as a member of the Portfolio Review Committee of the non-profit Massachusetts Service Alliance.

Eric began his career at Fidelity Investments. He received a B.A. from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
